These days, we need a little comfort food. Warm and hearty dishes like this are normally favoured in winter, but we’ll take all the tasty meals we can get during Covid-19. Healthy and nutritious, this hits all the right notes and the addition of the sweet potato gives it an extra kick. A dish ideal if you want to combat the pandemic blues. Remember, this too, shall pass, but while it does, we might as well be as kind to ourselves as we can – and what better way to do this than via food we love to eat?
