There’s nothing like a warm and tasty stew at the end of a long day This tasty variation packed with chunky chorizo gives this dish a kick and paired with bone broth and chicken, well, it’s a match made in heaven.

What you need:
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 4 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 300g of chunky chorizo
- 1 red & 1 yellow pepper cut into bite-size chunks
- 2 sweet potatoes chopped into chunks
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1 pack (350ml) of Sadie’s Kitchen Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 tbsp of paprika, 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
How to prepare:
- Fry the onions in the olive oil over medium heat for three mins
- Add the chicken & garlic to the pan & fry for two mins
- Pop in the chorizo & peppers and turn up the heat to full for two mins
- Add in your tinned tomatoes & spices & stir for one min
- Finally add the sweet potatoes, chickpeas and bone broth
- Add your salt & pepper, bring to the boil & then allow to simmer for at least 30 mins (although, as with all good stews, the longer the better!)
- Top with some freshly chopped chilli for some extra heat & serve with crusty bread.
